Cancellation and reschedule
Cancellations and reschedules made within 48 hrs of your treatment booking are liable to full payment. Cancellations and rescheduling before this point are welcome and full refunds will be given where payments have been made in advance. In the case of an emergency, we can reschedule at the earliest convenience.
In the event that I cancel our appointment I will contact you at the earliest opportunity using the contact details you provided at booking and offer full refund or reschedule at your earliest convenience.
