Healing Journey Sessions (Breathwork)

A safe space to explore unconscious patterns and survival strategies that run your life.

Healing Journey Sessions include breathwork, meditation and other processes to allow greater connection to self and purification of old habitual ways of being that take us away from joy and freedom.

Using meditation and the breath as tools to access your inner landscape. Conscious connected breathwork allows space within our being to slowly unravel knots that have stopped us being free and authentic.

Healing Journey Sessions are about bringing yourself into alignment with nature, bringing greater flow and ease to life and connecting with a deeper part of your being.

This sessions are ongoing support as you dive into the mystery of yourself and over time uncover blocks, wounds and patterns that require your own loving presence and holding.

Finding more ability to maneuver in life and more space to respond with a greater appreciation for the interconnectedness of all things.

Sessions incorporate ancient Taoist teachings and philosophies from the Himalayan Yoga Tradition which point to common threads in all religions. Pointing towards common universal truths that we can bring us greater understanding and freedom.

A session is 90 mins long and includes an opening share, meditation, conscious breathwork session and an integrative share to close.

Why would I feel called to do this?

As we journey through life we pick up wounds, conditioning, and generally destructive ways of being which can make life very hard or can be subtly controlling our lives.

The more of these ways of being we pick up and identify with, the more constricted we become and hence the flow of life has no space to maneuver within us and we find everything a challenge.

We may find it harder to connect with others, find joy, or just feel like something is missing.

These sessions start the life-time adventure of self-enquiry, exploration and connection.
Being held in a safe, loving space where you are gently invited to turn inwards and welcome all parts of yourself.

This process is immensely rewarding as you start to befriend all parts of yourself, release the past and find oneness and answers to your deepest questions.

Using the breath as our vehicle into this work is a simple yet incredibly powerful method for opening ourselves up to something new yet ancient.
